On the day of the Resistance's Wounded, those who fought and sacrificed for the sake of the people and the land, Hizbullah Secretary General His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah addressed the wounded, thanked them for all their sacrifices and tolerance despite all the hardships they have faced. On this occasion, and before tackling the different political topics, Sayyed Nasrallah once again offered his condolences on the passing of Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Mohammad Hussein Fadlallah, noting that his death was a great loss to the Arab and Islamic Worlds.

His eminence also renewed condolences for the Iranian people, leadership and the Islamic Revolution's Supreme Leader Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei over the martyrs who fell in Thursday's terrorist suicide bombings, saying that they were executed by terrorist and errant hands run undoubtedly by US intelligence.

Sayyed Nasrallah also congratulated Lebanon and the nation in the anniversary of the Divine Victory and the Resistance's achievements in the face of the Zionist Aggressor as well as in the anniversary of the liberation of captives.

Sayyed Nasrallah, in his televised speech on Friday which took place during the ceremony held by Hizbullah in the occasion in Beirut's southern suburb, addressed the Lebanese on different topics related to Lebanon's sovereignty and security.

His Eminence called for the execution of death sentences issued against the spies and agents who served the Zionist enemy without further delay, praising the stance of President Michel Suleiman who expressed readiness to sign any death sentence verdict.

Sayyed Nasrallah noted that spies were direct contributors in all crimes committed during the July war.

He stated that the agents and spies offered direct services to the enemy, highlighting that they were also asked to stir tension and strife among the Lebanese people especially in the South between Amal and Hizbullah.

He also pointed out that the spies who have been arrested provided information that helped in the attacks against several locations and individuals and they are therefore partners in the killing of innocents.

Hizbullah Secretary General highlighted that the espionage issue is one of the most important challenges for Lebanon and the Resistance, adding that this cause deserves more concern and care.

While noting that there were different tools to collect data referring to high-technology, his eminence said that the human factor remained very essential in the war because some data cannot be technically covered.

According to Sayyed Nasrallah, the "Israelis" are standing by helpless before the Resistance's strength and readiness and they are waiting for the Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL) to create uproar in Lebanon so they may live in a tense atmosphere that would lift the pressure off of them.

As for the factors that have led to the increase of espionage rings and has facilitated their work, the first factor, according to Sayyed Nasrallah, is that the spies had a sense of security and felt that no one follows them, given that some of them remained working for the enemy for 15 years without being exposed.

The second factor is the judicial lenience that has made agents make light of the verdicts.
As for the third factor, His Eminence said it is the supporting environment, stating it is a very dangerous factor that must be quickly eliminated.

Sayyed Nasrallah moved on to thank the security forces and the army intelligence for their efforts in uncovering agents, then reiterated that the death penalty should be issued against all those proven to have collaborated with the "Israeli" enemy.

His eminence, meanwhile, urged everyone to keep the issue of spies' arrest and trial away from sectarian balances, stressing that all agents should be arrested regardless of their sect.

Moreover, Sayyed Nasrallah raised the issue of the Telecoms network following the discovery of Alfa spies, stating that "Israel" completely controls all telecoms networks in Lebanon.

He warned the Lebanese of that the country is totally exposed to the "Israeli" enemy since a very long time, which was a major factor in supporting "Israel" in its war against Lebanon. On this note, Sayyed Nasrallah referred back to the 2006 war, highlighting that "Israel" did not target any of the telecoms antennas or companies as it was a main guide to it during the aggression.

On the same note, Sayyed Nasrallah said that "Israel's" mistake was that it undermined Hizbullah's telecoms network, which is the resistance's greatest strength.

According to Sayyed Nasrallah, the May 5 decision was neither innocent nor technical since the Resistance's network doesn't constitute a threat to the internal security as they claimed. His eminence called on the government to launch an investigation over what happened and find that the mastermind behind this action.

Sayyed Nasrallah also called upon the Lebanese government, urging it to uncover the "big" spies, and demanded the political leaders to find out who fooled them into taking the May 5 decision.

As for the unordinary importance given to the Alfa spy Charbel Qazzi, Sayyed Nasrallah said that since he is a telecoms spy, therefore is linked to the STL and the indictment against Hizbullah members, this indictment on which some Lebanese and regional as well as international parties bargain on just like they bargained previously on the July war, and the civil war, but they failed. In this context, Sayyed Nasrallah kept his answer to those bargaining on a new war to the anniversary of the Divine Victory coming up soon.

At the end of his speech, Sayyed Nasrallah raised a "huge question" and called on PM Saad Hariri and Interior Minister Ziad Baroud to find its answers, a question that His Eminence has the answer to -as he stated during the speech- on whether the Information Branch have data about the spy Charbel Qazzi before he was arrested by the intelligence directorate.
