Gharios: Nasrallah´s Speech a National Point of View, Resolution 1559 has been Implemented

In an interview with Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Anbaa published on Saturday, Change and Reform bloc MP Naji Gharios said that UN Security Council resolution 1559 "has been implemented," adding that "what is left is disarming Palestinian factions outside refugee camps as well as the regulation of their arms inside the camps."

Gharios said Hezbollah Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah's speech on the occasion of Ashura last Sunday aims to preserve understanding [between the parties] and is addressed from a "national point of view" that is not directed against Christians or Muslims.

He said that Hezbollah should not be held responsible "every time a clash occurs," adding that the Lebanese parties agreed to discuss Hezbollah's arms issue during National Dialogue.
