Hizbullah Official in the South Lebanon, Sheikh Nabil Qaouk, received in his office in Tyre, the president of "ILFAH" (Amicability) Association for Bridging Gaps Between Religious Sects, Sheikh Suhaib Habli, at the head of a delegation of religious scholars from the city of Sidon, where they discussed the most prominent local and regional affairs.
The attendees stressed on invulnerability as a requirement in the Islamic and national scene, for consolidating the logic of understanding and cooperation, and for propagating the resistance choice as the only way to safeguard our existence, identity and restoration of Arab rights.
During the meeting, talks covered what is happening in occupied Palestine, and the holy sites, especially in occupied Al-Quds (Jerusalem), considering it a real threat that requires an all out Arab and Islamic stand to put an end to "Israeli" arrogance.
Sheikh Habli said in his statement: "We came from the south gate to affirm our existence and commitment to being in the same file, under the same banner holding the same gun."
He stressed saying "We are with the resistance, heart and mind, in word and deed, and we will not allow the resistance to be stabbed in the back by any dagger whatsoever, be it political, media or from any of the leaders," pointing out that "We are steadfast on this path no matter how long and how mad the enemies grow", asserting that "The city of Sidon and the Sunnite scholars are considered fixed on the resistance path until the liberation of Palestine."
