The military report "Israel" published on "Hizbullah's" military capabilities and excellence in areas of intelligence, organization, leadership, strategy and resoluteness should not be underestimated or taken lightly, conversely, euphoria or complacency ought not be generated from such a report, as it may possess as much realism as it does traps and Zionist propaganda, aimed at hiding a great deal of hostile intentions within its folds.

It is true this "Israeli" report spurs us again into taking pride and honor in the resistance and its men and martyrs, who created a new history for this region and given us back some of the lost dignity. It also makes us more cautious and alert, although Hizbullah and the resistance leadership need no lectures in this regard for they are known for their vigilance, diligence and accuracy. Nonetheless, the caution must remain the order of the day for the resistance and its supporters, a warrior's rest.

The strength of this resistance essentially lies in its humbleness and good knowledge of its enemy's capabilities. Its leadership will undoubtedly carefully stop at this report, especially seeing it clearly contains evident signals of enemy attempts to benefit from combat strategies the resistance used in the July war, incorporate guerrilla warfare in its military doctrine, additional to its various traditional weapons.

No doubt, the resistance capabilities have also evolved since the July war and in various fields. Its missile network has exponentially multiplied, with enough secret tactics to surprise the enemy in any future war, which may go beyond traditional guerrilla warfare and the confrontations seen during the last war.

But we must never underestimate enemy capabilities in the various areas, for its possesses an immensely destructive air and artillery firepower, as well as an active espionage apparatus able to mobilize itself into tens of networks at short notice within the Lebanese body, using professional high precision methods. Perhaps collaborator Ziad Homsi's confessions published in the presumptive report yesterday are best proof of that.

The recent "Israeli" report carries more than one indication and message, perhaps the most significant of which is that "Israel" will never forget the July war and its degrading consequences to the Army that once claimed itself invincible. No doubt it now prepares itself to regain military initiative before entering into any Arab-"Israeli" settlement of the conflict; because it assumes that the Palestinians and Arabs will be going to negotiations with the July war in the background, even if the majority of Arabs did not acknowledge what the Lebanese resistance and "Hizbullah" accomplished in this war.

This of course does not mean war is breaking out tomorrow. War has its own calculations since the July war, the greater the resistance effectiveness in Lebanon the further away the specter of war is, alternately, this ghost draws nearer to Lebanon in as much as the resistance weakens.
It is suspicious that some Lebanese, for narrow internal intents, go to great lengths to weaken this resistance rather than strengthen themselves by it, at least as a card in matters concerning Lebanon.

It is no secret the region is passing through a very delicate stage, where survival and continuation is reserved for the strong, the weak will be cast away, ...and the end is (best) for the righteous. Holy Koran 7:128.
