Loyalty to the Resistance bloc stresses the need for acceleration in government formation

After deliberation and debate, the meeting concluded that the Zionist enemy continues its provocations in more than one field, still indulges in settlement expansion, Judaization and land-grabbing of the occupied territories in al-Quds (Jerusalem) and the West Bank of Palestine, continues the siege of Gaza and works on imposing an on-the-ground reality that topples all illusory gambles on the viability of a possible political settlement.

The enemy also continues to deny the Palestinian people their right to return to their homeland and self-determination, insisting on assaulting the sovereign rights of the peoples and nations of the Arab and Islamic worlds. 

Considering its practices and norms it forms a constant and flagrant threat to regional security and stability and a source of tension, conflict and seditions.
Accordingly, Lebanon like other countries of the region must in a constant look out to the Zionist enemy threats against our existence and identity.

Regarding government formation the bloc confirmed that during the current phase of the nation's history, national duty calls for the formation of a consensus government responsive to the aspirations of the Lebanese wanting internal stability, one to consolidate reconciliations, stimulate the economic and development situation, strengthen the national Lebanese capacity to defend the land, protect sovereignty and face the Zionist attacks and threats.
