Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc expresse dits relief to the birth of the new government. In a statement it issued following its weekly meeting, the bloc highly valued the brave and national stance of Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri, who put aside personal interest for the sake of Lebanon's national interest and made it easy for the government to see light.
During the bloc's meeting which was headed by PM Mohammad Raad, the bloc saw that "with the formation of the government, Lebanon has entered a new political phase of challenges and targets."

"This demands different policies and management in such a way that fulfills the needs of the country's institutions and sectors," the bloc statement said, further considering that cooperation is the only means to face impediments and achieve success.

The bloc members assured that Lebanon will remain to be a nation of diversity among its sons who all live in a context of unity. They further stressed that "the People-Army-Resistance formula will remain to be the major pillar of the national defense strategy. They also pointed out that the country will remain to be strong, just, capable, and will remain to be the project which will maintain the rights and interests of the citizens and will safeguard civil and social peace as well as national security.
