The following are the Islamic-Resistance operations that took place during the month of March in 1995..

Islamic Resistance Performs Fifty-Eight Operations in March, 1995

This month, the number of the resistance operations reached 72 operations in West Beqaa and the South, 58 among which were performed by the Islamic-Resistance, whereas the other 14 operations were performed by the other Lebanese and Palestinian squadrons.

In fact, the enemy has acknowledged the death of two soldiers, one of whom was killed in the north of occupied Palestine. The enemy has added that 25 "Israeli" soldiers were wounded, 12 among whom were wounded in the north of occupied Palestine. The enemy has as well acknowledged the death of 3 Lahd militiamen and the injury of 13 others during these operations.

As for the resistance squadrons, they have announced the death of 4 militiamen and the injury of 7 others.
For its part, the Islamic Resistance has mentioned that the "Israeli" enemy suffered 15 casualties during "Operation Arnoun" itself.
Actually, three Islamic-Resistance fighters have been martyred this month.
Concerning the operations in March, there were two unique operations; the first was breaking into Toumet Niha Site in concurrence with attacking seven Zionist-Lahd sites on March 16, 1995.

As for the second operation, it was attacking an "Israeli" convoy near "Shkief Fort", uprooting the "Israeli" flag there, and posting the standards of Hizbullah and the Islamic Resistance. The second operation as well included attacking five Zionist-Lahd sites on March 20, 1995.

The Resistance attempted to execute agent Ali al-Khalil on Beit Lif Route on March 26, 1995, too.
And after the enemy had assassinated an Islamic-Resistance commander, fighter Rida Yassine, the Resistance bombarded the Zionist settlements in the north of occupied Palestine.

Islamic Resistance Blasts Lahd Patrol En Route to Houla, March 6, 1995

On Monday, March 6, 1995, at 9:07 a.m., the Islamic-Resistance group of martyr Issam Ali Mattar (Military name: Ayman) blasted a Lahd patrol en route to Houla, killing or injuring each of the patrollers, among who was the officer in charge of the patrol.
Thirteen minutes after the blast, Lahd reinforcements got to the operation zone; thus, martyr Ismail Hamzah's group bombed another explosive, bringing about more casualties to the Lahd forces. Ambulances were seen heading to the place to evacuate the casualties.

Earlier on the same day, particularly at 6:30 a.m., the Islamic-Resistance Fire Backup Unit counterattacked Bir Kallab Site, which had assailed the residential towns over and over again. Bombarding the site with 120 mm missiles, the fighters caused it grave casualties.

Islamic Resistance Breaks Into Arnoun Site, Posts Hizbullah's Standard, March 20, 1995

The fighters have foiled the progress of an "Israeli" convoy. Also, they broke into Arnoun Site, epically confronting the enemy. Regarding this operation, the Resistance has issued this detailed statement:
"The Resistance is allegiant to the teachings of the gone Imam Khomeini (God bless his soul) and of the Ummah's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khaminai. The Islamic Resistance again vows the fighters shall sustain jihad like all fighters fighting on Mount Amel. The Resistance as well vows the fighters shan't ever forget the sacred al-Quds (Jerusalem).

Hereupon, the Islamic-Resistance Brigade of Sayyed Abbass al-Moussawi (God bless his soul) performed an operation on Monday, March 20, 1995 and dedicated it to the soul of the Grand Marja', Sayyed Ahmad Khomeini (Son of Imam Khomeini).
Nearing a Zionist convoy, the fighters attacked it as it was about to go into Arnoun-Shkief Site at 1:50 p.m. The convoy, which consisted of ten vehicles and a minimum of fifty soldiers, was expected to exchange its soldiers with the site members.

Right when the Zionist soldiers were about to get off the vehicles and trucks, the faithful fighters attacked the convoy with their firearms and artillery, directly making accurate hits.
As a result, a Merkava tank was destroyed, two Reo trucks were burned, and each of fifteen soldiers - at least - suffered death or injury. The corpses of some enemy soldiers could be seen burning along with the trucks.

In fact, the enemy soldiers found no chance to defend themselves, for they hadn't expected that the Resistance fighters would attack them at this very fortified site. Also, the fighters' determination and barrage prevented such a chance."

The statement of the Resistance has added:
"Backed by the barrage of their arms, the fighters progressed to Arnoun Site, where they replaced the Zionist flag with Hizbullah's standard - as they had done earlier at ad-Dabsheh Site.
In the meantime, other Islamic-Resistance backup groups were attacking the tanks of the enemy, which were positioned on the hills surrounding the operation zone. Using firearms and artillery, the fighters destroyed one of them.

In the meantime, the Fire Backup Unit was counterattacking the fire sources of the Zionist Shkief Fort and the surrounding sites. The violent clashes lasted until 3:00 p.m.
Thirty minutes later, the enemy brought a backup force to rescue the convoy and evacuate the casualties. At once, the Fire Backup Unit targeted the force, causing it casualties.

At 4:00 p.m., the enemy tried to send another backup force; hence, the Fire Backup Unit attacked it, too, directly causing it casualties."
Furthermore, the Lahd-Militia sources have acknowledged the operation, claiming that only two "Israeli" soldiers were injured and that only a tank and a half-track were burned...

The agents' "Middle East Television" has reported that this operation occurred in less than twenty-four hours after the "Israeli" Chief-of-Staff Amnon Shahak had visited Marjeeyoun and met Agent Provocateur Antoine Lahd.
Attending the meeting were "the Northern Command" Chief Amiram Levin and "the Liaison Unit" Head Gyor Amber.

The fighters attacked the Zionist troops marshaled at al-Ahmadieh Site, too, foiling their mission.

The Lahd Militia's channel has acknowledged the operation, pointing out that "a" militiaman was killed and "two" others were injured.
Upon the statement of an "Israeli" military source in occupied al-Quds (Jerusalem), the international news agencies have reported that the remote-control bomb killed two militiamen and wounded two others while a patrol of "the Army of South Lebanon"* was passing.
