The following are the Islamic-Resistance operations that took place during the month of October in 1994...

Resistance Performs Fifty-Nine Operations in October, 1994

Loyal to Imam al-Hussein (Pbuh), the Islamic-Resistance fighters intensified their operations against the occupation forces and agents this October. The fighters performed 59 stunning operations, said the monthly report of the Islamic-Resistance Operation Chamber.

As such were the operations: 27 cannonades, 12 attacks, 10 explosive bombings, 4 ambushes, 3 artillery bombardments, 2 confrontations, and a sniping operation.
Among the most unique operations performed by the fighters was the bombing of a special center for security meetings in Bint Jbeil and wounding agent Akel Hashem, in addition to attacking the garrison of ad-Dabsheh Site and posting the Islamic Resistance's standard there.

Daring Operation Series Strikes Enemy Targets, October 2, 1994

The Islamic Resistance has performed a series of daring operations against several enemy targets. The details are in the following statement:
"Commemorating the fortieth anniversary of "Khan Younes Massacre"*, adhering to the path of Imam al-Hussein (Pbuh), and following the steps of Sayyed Abbass al-Moussawi and Sheikh Ragheb Harb, the Islamic-Resistance group of martyr Muhammad Kammoun (Military name: Mahdi) bombed an explosive while a Lahd patrol was en route to Deir Shakadif on Sunday, October 2, 1994, at 9:00 a.m.
Each of the patrollers was wounded or killed.

On the same day, exactly at 3:00 p.m., the Islamic-Resistance group of martyr Yusuf Yasseen and martyr Hassan Hayek attacked a Zionist convoy on az-Zaffata-al-Khardali Route, destroying a Reo truck on which many Zionist soldiers were.
As soon as another Zionist group tried to back the attacked convoy and to evacuate the casualties from the operation zone, the Islamic-Resistance group of martyr Moussa Habib, corresponding to the Fire Backup Unit, shelled the Zionist group, causing the enemy more casualties.

On the same day, at 3:30 p.m., another Islamic-Resistance group bombed a Lahd squad patrol with an explosive in the same place where the first explosive was bombed at 9:00 a.m.
The explosive wounded three patrollers.
Also after the Zionists shelled Kfartibnit Town, the Islamic-Resistance Fire Backup Unit shelled az-Zaffata Site at 3:40 p.m., causing it severe casualties and setting it on fire."

Resistance Sets Ambush on Alman-ash-Shumarieh Route, October 5, 1994

Sustaining its sacred resistance against the prophets' murderers and land ravishers, the Islamic Resistance has delivered several coups to the Zionist enemy. The group of martyr Ali Shebli (Military name: Abu Mahdi) set an ambush on Alman-ash-Shumarieh Route on Wednesday, October 5, 1994, at 5:10 p.m.
The white Mercedes car, on which the officer in charge of Alman Site and ash-Shumarieh Site and three of his guards were, was the target of the fighters, who shot it directly with a barrage of firearms and artillery.

Meanwhile, martyr Muhannad Fouani's group attacked Alman Site and clashed with its garrison; whereas the group of martyr Majed Jaffal (Military name: Jacob) clashed with the garrison of ash-Shumarieh Site.
Still, martyr Mustapha Shkeir's group shelled the enemy sites of Alman, ash-Shumarieh, al-Kantara, and at-Taybeh. The sites were directly hit.

Anew, the Islamic-Resistance fighters have broken into the enemy sites, razed the enemy's site enclosures and fortifications, and posted the Islamic-Resistance standard onto the ruins of one of the most important occupation sites. Unlike what the Zionists claim, the fighters have, once again, shown the Zionists' fragility.

The fighters have also frustrated the enemy soldiers and ridiculed them. This time, the fighters have achieved a new victory at ad-Dabsheh Site, where amphibious forces of the Givati Brigade usually marshal.
According to militant experts, the Givati Brigade is one of the most equipped, trained, and effective brigades in the world. Nevertheless, the fighters have defeated it as they accurately plan and steadily act.

In fact, the repercussions of "Operation ad-Dabsheh" shall continue to aggravate the condition of the enemy forces and the Zionist community, and more shame and defeat are yet to overwhelm the enemy.

Following are the details of the heroic operation as explained by the Islamic-Resistance statement:
"Today the faithful, sincere fighters consolidated with the oppressed people and with the brave fighters of occupied Palestine, for adherence to the jihad path is the only way to liberate the land and maintain dignity.
On October 29, 1994, exactly at 8:30 a.m., the Brigade of martyr, Commander Samir Mattoot (Military name: Jawad) struck ad-Dabsheh Site, one of the largest enemy sites.

The fighters shot the site mounds with a barrage of artillery, confusing the soldiers hiding beyond their fortifications and making them motionless. Then, the resistant squadrons approached the site from the western, southern, and northern sides.
Closely positioned, the fighters clashed with the site garrison. Five minutes later, the fighters entered the site and dominated it. Now the fighters razed all fortifications, and they stepped on the corpses of five "Israelis".
Ten other garrison soldiers were wounded; whereas the rest escaped from the eastern side.

In the meantime, two vehicles at the site tried to interfere with the combat, so the fighters demolished them and set them on fire.
In fact, the fighters performing this operation were inspired by the patience of the Gracious Sayyeda az-Zahraa (Messenger Muhammad's daughter; (Peace be upon Muhammad and his Household)).
Afterwards, the fighters used explosives to bomb the mounds, setting them on fire. Smoke rose before the fighters posted the standards of Hizbullah and the pictures of the Islamic-Resistance Martyrs' Master and the Islamic-Resistance Martyrs' Sheikh onto the demolished enemy fortifications. The depots and fuel reservoirs of the site were destroyed.

All of the brothers - the fighters - safely returned, for Providence and the prayers of the Supreme Leader Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenai (God Keep His Eminence) guarded them.

For its part, the Islamic-Resistance Fire Backup Unit kept the following sites under fire: Shreifeh, Ebel as-Saki, Ali at-Taher, at-Tohra, al-Qalaa, and az-Zaffata. Hence, the sites' fire was completely ceased.

For more than two hours, the citizens of Nabatiyeh could see the fire flames arising from the sites.

In fact, ad-Dabsheh Site is considered as one of the largest enemy sites in the South, whereby its area equals 5 km2. Usually, an armored brigade of troops, six vehicles, and three Merkava tanks are positioned there.

Therefore, the fighters' breaking into it has been an unparalleled defeat ever with respect to the Zionist enemy, which is still perpetrating massacres against innocent civilians. The last of these massacres was that of Nabatiyeh al-Fawka (Literally: "Upper Nabatiyeh") that occurred once ad-Dabsheh Site itself bombarded the city mentioned.
The Islamic Resistance dedicates this blessed operation to the Palestinian fighters, to the oppressed martyrs' families, and to the steadfast people.
The Resistance reiterates that it shall always be concerned with the Ummah's causes and with the choice of integrity and jihad."

Explosive Hits Lahd Military Center in Bint Jbeil, October 6, 1994

Commemorating the fourth anniversary of "the Massacre of the Cave of Ibrahim (Pbuh)"*, the Islamic-Resistance group of martyr Abbas al-Wezwaz bombed an explosive while a Lahd squad was patrolling on Kownine-Bint Jbeil Route on Thursday, October 6, 1994, at 9:00 a.m.

Each of the patrollers was either killed or wounded. The Lahd Militia evacuated two corpses of Lahd militiamen afterwards.
Again, the Islamic Resistance has stunned the enemy and agents, whereby the fighters targeted Lahd militiamen marshaled in Bint Jbeil in the occupied borderline. Among them was Akel Hashem, a senior Lahd officer.
The Islamic Resistance has issued a detailed statement concerning the unique operation:

"Sustaining the path of dignity and pride, the Islamic-Resistance heroes have stricken the enemy again, reiterating that the Resistance can hit any critical target it wants.

The bombing happened while a number of security and military Lahd officers were holding a secret meeting headed by Chief of "the West Brigade" Akel Hashem.
Some attendees were: Mahmoud Bazzi; Hani Beidoun (known as Hani Makhlou'a); Nimr Dagher; Kamal Fayad; the officer in charge of the towns of Yahoun, Maroun ar-Ras, Rmeich, and Ainata Yusuf Hashem; the Civil Manager of "the West Sector" Muneer Haddad.

Commemorating the anniversary of "Houla Massacre" and the blessed birth of the great Sayyeda Zeinab (Grand-daughter of Messenger Muhammad (Peace be upon Muhammad and his Household)), the Islamic Resistance has performed a series of unique operations, hoping that Sayyeda Zeinab (Pbuh) accepts this humble present.
On Thursday, October 6, 1994, at 5:00 p.m., the group of martyr Ali Yasseen and martyr Ibraheem Dakdouk blasted with an explosive one of the agents' main security centers in Bint Jbeil. (The center is located behind a pharmacy so as to camouflage its activities.)

On the same day, at 4:35 p.m., the Islamic-Resistance group of martyr Ali To'me (Military name: Seraj) blasted with an explosive a Willys Jeep that was on Houla-Mays el-Jabal Route.
The Jeep turned over the roadside and burned, and all passengers were killed.
In fact, they had been working for the Lahd Enginery. Each of the agents was killed or wounded in the explosion, whereupon the enemy announced a state of emergency in Bint Jbeil Hospital, giving an evacuation order so that enough room would be available for the casualties.

As for agents Akel Hashem and Muneer Haddad, they were transported from Bint Jbeil Hospital to a hospital in Haifa in occupied Palestine."

Upon the statement of a security source in Marjeeyoun Town, Reuters reported that the explosive was implanted and bombed on top of the pharmacy building and that at least one was killed and six others were wounded.

Also upon the statement of eye witnesses, Reuters reported that the Lahd militiamen had spread all over Bint Jbeil after the explosive bombing and that the agent killed was Hani Beidoun.

The Resistance's operation has incited a state of confusion and shock; whereby the enemy forces made strict and urgent security measures, breaking into houses, arresting, and questioning many citizens and agents in the occupied towns, especially in Bint Jbeil and Marjeeyoun.
As for the heroic operation en route to Houla, Reuters reported upon the statement of a Lahd-Militia source that the explosive bombing had killed two militiamen.

Certain security sources mentioned that among the agents killed in "Operation Houla" was the Lahd agent, First Lieutenant Fouad Abu Mrad.

As a matter of fact, Bint Jbeil Operation represents a new victory with respect to the Resistance. In contrast, the agents continue to collapse and weaken day after another.
This operation comes among a series of operations, the first of which had been the unique "Operation Aramta", whereby the Islamic Resistance targeted and executed the Commander of the East Brigade Asaad Nasr.

The second was "Operation al-Khiyam", which had targeted agent Riyadh al- Abdullah that had been "Head of the Mossad in Lebanon".
As for this operation, it has targeted the Chief of "the West Brigade" Akel Hashem.
These operations have confirmed the Resistance's determination to chase the and fairly punish the senior agents. They have also confirmed that the agents in the occupied borderline are never safe no matter what security measures they take.

In reaction to the persistent Zionist assaults against the towns by the occupied borderline, the Islamic-Resistance Fire Backup Unit struck the enemy sites which had shelled the steadfast villages.
On Saturday, at 4:05 a.m., the Unit targeted the sites of Houla, Tallousseh, Beit Yahoun, Haddatha, and Braachit.
The Resistance artillerists caused severe damage to the site constructions.

Islamic Resistance Attacks Zionist Patrol in Dhoor al-Aychieh, October 16, 1994

Sustaining jihad against the Zionist enemy and uniting with the fighters of the blessed Intifada in occupied Palestine, the Islamic-Resistance group of martyr Hassan Hashem and martyr Issam al-Jouhari**, attacked a Zionist patrol in Dhoor al-Aychieh Region on Sunday, October 16, 1994, at 12:50 p.m.
The group attacked the patrollers with a barrage of artillery and medium firearms, killing or wounding each of the eight patrollers.

Besides, the group struck the mine sweeper and the Merkava tank, damaging the first and burning the other.

Resistance Strikes Lahd Patrol, Zionist Settlements in North Palestine, October 21, 1994

Sustaining the jihad path of Imam al-Hussein (Literally: "The Benevolent Imam"; Pbuh), also inflicting revenge on the enemy that massacre people in Nabatiyeh City, the Islamic-Resistance group of martyr Rabee' Atwi bombed an explosive while a Lahd patrol was on as-Suweidaa-al-Jarmak Route on Friday, October 21, 1994, at 8:45 a.m.
Every patroller suffered injury or death.

On the same day, at 2:30 p.m., the Fire Backup Unit bombarded the Zionist al-Abbad Site, directly hitting it.

Going hysterical, the coward Zionist enemy committed a brutal crime, shelling Nabatiyeh City with internationally forbidden weapons. Therefore, the Resistance artillery launched Katyusha and Grad missiles against the Zionist settlements and military encampments in the north of occupied Palestine and Western Galilee (al-Jalil).
Some Lahd-Militia security sources confirmed that 16 missiles had been launched in two sets against the north of occupied Palestine. A third, eight-missile set was launched afterwards.

While in a political meeting in Baalbeck, the Secretary General of Hizbullah His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah reiterated, "The Resistance is going to cannonade the Zionist settlements in the north of occupied Palestine every time the coercive enemy assails our civilians."

The explosive bombing killed a number of the patrollers and wounded the others.

On Sunday, October 30, 1994, at 10:20 a.m., the Islamic-Resistance Sniping Unit targeted a Lahd infantry patrol en route to Toumet Niha Site, whereby several infantrymen were shot.
After a while, a backup force headed towards the operation zone, where the Islamic-Resistance fighters had been lurking. The fighters clashed with the force for thirty minutes.

Also at 8:45 p.m., the fighters bombed an explosive while a Lahd infantry patrol was on Alman-Deir Syriane Route. On the same day, at 12:50 p.m., the Islamic Resistance bombed an explosive while a Lahd patrol consisting of a military Jeep and seven infantrymen was on Debel-Rchaf Route.

As a result, each of three patrollers and the officer in charge of the patrol was wounded or killed. The casualties were still scattered in the operation zone an hour after the bombing.
Two ambulances headed there to evacuate the casualties, but they stopped at a distance from the place. Once several Lahd militiamen gathered near the place of the bombing, the Islamic-Resistance Fire Backup Unit targeted them, causing them more casualties.

*"Khan Younis Massacre" was perpetrated by the Zionists in occupied Palestine on October 29, 1956. A large number of Palestinians were massacred then.
**"The Massacre of the Cave of Prophet Ibrahim (Pbuh)" (1994) is also known as "the Massacre of the Cave of the Patriarchs". It was perpetrated by Baruch Goldstein, an "Israeli" far-rightist.
