Resistance Attacks Counter Patrol En Route to Sojod Site, September 1, 1993
Commemorating the abduction of Imam Sayyed Moussa Sadr, the fighters performed a heroic operation on September 1, 1993, attacking a counter patrol en route to Sojod Site. An "Israeli" half-track was directly shot, four members were killed, and several others were wounded.
Islamic Resistance Artillery Strikes Sojod Site, September 2, 1993
Commemorating the birth of the Grandest Prophet (Peace be upon him and his Household) on September 2, 1993, the Islamic Resistance attacked a motorcade on the way to Sojod, destroying a vehicle and killing or wounding a number of the patrollers. At the same time, Sojod Site was attacked with artillery and firearms; this resulted in injuring another number of enemy members.
The Resistance also announced, "A number of Agent Provocateur Lahd's recruits, who had finished their session at a military encampment on the 26th of October, 1993, escaped to the liberated regions and surrendered to the Islamic-Resistance fighters." This step came after the Resistance had called the militiamen to repent. In fact, the escaping militiamen had been recruited in the Seventieth Battalion of the Western Brigade headed by Colonel Akel Hashem.
The repentant men, who had earlier been forcibly recruited in the session, have become the guests of the Islamic Resistance that has been helping them and providing their needs so that they normalize their lives away from any humiliation or disgrace. The Resistance has returned a number of the repentant men to their families in Beirut.
Explosive Targets Zionist Patrol En Route To Tallousseh-Markaba, September 6, 1993
While the political turmoil created by the enemy regionally prevailed, the Islamic Resistance was devising new, creative plans. Hereupon, commemorating the Islamic-Unity Week (declared by Ayatollah Imam Khomeini (God bless his soul), the Islamic-Resistance group of martyr Shadi az-Zein bombed an explosive while a Zionist patrol was en route to Tallousseh-Markaba on September 6, 1993. Each of the patrollers was killed or wounded.
Resistance Attacks Sojod Site, Counterattacks Zionist Force Lurking in West Beqaa, September7, 1993
On September 7, 1993, one of the Islamic-Resistance groups attacked Sojod Site. Carried out with firearms and artillery, the attack resulted in killing or wounding several garrison soldiers. A number of site mounds and fortifications were destroyed, too.
In the evening of the same day, a Zionist commando force was lurking in West Beqaa; therefore, the Islamic Resistance fighters - positioned at Muslim's havens - counterattacked it with firearms and artillery, forcing the counter commando force to retreat from the place.
Resistance Artillery Strikes Lahd Patrol At Alman-Ash-Shumarieh Crossing Point, September 9, 1993
Reiterating its steadfast choice as to fighting the "Israeli" occupation and the Lahd agents, one of the Islamic-Resistance groups attacked, on September 9, 1993, a Lahd patrol at Alman-ash-Shumarieh Site. The attack was carried out with firearms and artillery and resulted in killing or wounding all patrollers.
Explosive Targets Zionist Patrol In Sheheen, September 12, 1993
Refusing treason, consolidating with the virtuous fighters in occupied Palestine, and commemorating the fortieth day of the civilians martyred as the malicious Zionists bombarded South Lebanon and West Beqaa, the Islamic-Resistance group of martyr Rida Hariri, martyr Mustapha Abdul Kareem, and martyr Hussein Qaroot - the martyrs of Operation al-Hukban - bombed an explosive while a Zionist force was patrolling in Sheheen Region in the afternoon of Monday, September 12, 1993. The patrollers were either killed or wounded; hence, enemy helicopters evacuated them after the operation.
Resistance Performs Heroic Operations Series Against Zionist-Lahd Sites, September 14, 1993
A statement of the Islamic Resistance has declared, "The Islamic Resistance adheres to the path of holy jihad against the Zionist occupation and the traitorous Lahd Militia, which are supported by the United States, also which pursue to exploit the land and the Ummah.
The Islamic Resistance also reiterates that only combat frees the land and revives the Ummah that is suffering adversity because of the policies of the oppressive and hostile governors.
Furthermore, the Resistance is allegiant to the blood of men, women, and children who have been wounded or martyred in the proud, pro-Resistance Beirut Southern Suburb. Thereon, the Islamic Resistance performed a series of heroic operations as such:
On Tuesday, September 14, 1993, the Resistance organized the funeral procession of the martyrs of the September 13 Massacre (perpetrated in Jisr al-Mattar in Beirut Southern Suburb); thus, at the dawn of this day, exactly at 3:30, the brigade of the September 13 Massacre Martyrs simultaneously attacked several Lahd-"Israeli" sites; martyr Abbas Zehri's group performed a daring operation, using different arms to shell the fortifications of Ali at-Taher Site.
Meanwhile, the group of martyr Abu Ali Fareed (Fouad Madani) shelled the mounds of ad-Dabsheh Site and completely destroyed them. Still, martyr Mustapha Shkeir's group was razing and destroying the fortifications of al-Borj Site, and the groups of martyr Nedal Abu al-Ghal and martyr Eyad Abdul Kader at-Tameemi - the martyrs of a rally in occupied Palestine - shelled the mounds of ash-Shumarieh Site. All groups returned safely.
On the same day, exactly at 4:30 a.m., Martyr Khaled al-Islambouli's Brigade carried out a stunning attack against the Zionist sites in the Middle Sector; martyr Amthal al-Hakeem's group attacked Beit Yahoun Site, and martyr Sheikh Fadi at-Taweel's group attacked Braachit Site. Using firearms and artillery, the fighters clashed with both site garrisons. God willing, both groups safely returned.
At the dawn of the same day, the Islamic-Resistance group of martyr Muhammad Najdi, who was martyred while rallying against the treasonous May 17 Agreement (signed by the former Lebanese President Gemayel and "Israel"), attacked an "Israeli" motorcade patrolling near Tallousseh Site.
The fighters completely burned a tank and shot three enemy soldiers dead. Then they safely returned."
The statement finally read, "For the sake of its Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenai (Long live His Eminence), and for the sake of the Ummah and the families of the oppressed innocent martyrs, the Islamic Resistance vows that it shall sustain its jihad path no matter what great sacrifices the Resistance will have to make nor what conspirators will conspire."
Islamic-Resistance Group Snipes at Zionist Patroller, September 17, 1993
On Friday, 17, 1993, the Islamic Resistance performed an operation, concerning which it issued a statement reading, "Among a series of operations against humiliation agreements, an Islamic-Resistance sniping group sniped at a patroller while an "Israeli" patrol was heading from ad-Dabsheh Site to Ali at-Taher grove at 9:20 a.m. The patrol had also been combing and heavily bombarding the residential regions.
The fighters' bullets killed the patroller at once."
Resistance Ambushes Lahd Patrol En Route To Ali At-Taher-Al-Borj Site, September 18, 1993
On September 18, 1993, martyr Hassan Bazzi's group performed an operation against a Lahd patrol on the way to Ali at-Taher-al-Borj Site. In a statement, the Islamic Resistance declared, "Sustaining the jihad and resistance path, the Islamic Resistance continues to struggle with the enemy and the traitorous agents and to perform a series of operations against the humiliating, treasonous agreement.
Therefore, on September 18, at 4:00 a.m., the Islamic-Resistance group of martyr Hassan Bazzi set an ambush for a Lahd patrol on the way to Ali at-Taher-al-Borj Site, whereby the fighters attacked the patrol with their firearms and artillery. All patrollers were killed or wounded.
On the same day, at 8:30 a.m., an Islamic-Resistance sniping group sniped at two Lahd militiamen at Alman Site, killing them at once. Likewise, another Islamic-Resistance group shelled a gathering of "Israeli" forces at the mentioned site, wounding several Zionists and agents."
Resistance Executes Several Attacks Against Zionist-Lahd Patrols, September 20, 1993
On Monday, September 20, 1993, at 9:30, the Islamic Resistance performed two operations whose details appear in the statement below:
"The Islamic Resistance sustains its holy jihad path, which it has always undertaken and reiterated - day after day- as the righteous martyrs have sacrificed their lives. The Islamic Resistance is also performing an operation series against the Gaza-Ariha (Jericho) Agreement (signed by "Israel" and the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO)). As well, the Resistance is allegiant to the pure blood of the martyrs of the September 13 Massacre.
Hereupon, the Islamic-Resistance group of martyr Khaled Bazzal and martyr Muhammad Rabah carried out a stunning attack against a Zionist enemy patrol en route to Toumet Niha. That was at 9:30 on Monday, September 20, 1993. Being attacked with firearms and artillery, the patrol suffered many injuries and deaths.
On the same day, at 10:15, the Islamic-Resistance group of martyr Abboud Abboud attacked a motorcade patrolling along the way to Sojod-ar-Rihan. The group destroyed a Merkava tank and killed all of its soldiers.
For the sake of its righteous martyrs - those martyred during the rally against the Gaza-Ariha (Jericho) Agreement, the Islamic Resistance has vowed that it shall always be allegiant to their pure blood, also that it shall sustain the jihad and resistance path until it expels the Zionist enemy and liberates all occupied Lebanese lands.
Lahd Infantry Patrol Attacked En Route To Alman-Ash-Shumarieh, September 21, 1993
In the afternoon of Tuesday, September 21, 1993, the Islamic Resistance struck a Lahd infantry patrol. A statement of the Resistance read, "Sustaining its jihad against the "Israeli" enemy and the Lahd agents, refusing treason, and being allegiant to the pure blood of the martyrs of the September 13 Massacre perpetrated by the political authorities, an Islamic-Resistance group attacked a Lahd infantry patrol heading from Alman to ash-Shumarieh, on Tuesday, at 4:30 p.m.
The five patrollers were either killed or wounded. At 4:45, the enemy evacuated the casualties from the operation zone, and at 5:30, some "Israeli" helicopters combed the surroundings."
Martyr Mohsen Melhem's group attacked a Lahd patrol en route to Braachit and Kownine Town; meanwhile, another group was distracting the agents in the other sites. A statement of the Resistance explained the operation details as such:
"The Islamic-Resistance group of martyr Mohsen Melhem attacked a Lahd patrol en route to Braachit Site and Kownine Town.
The attack was among the operation series denouncing the humiliating, treasonous agreements, and it was performed in revenge for the blood of the martyrs of the September 13 Massacre.
At 7:30, the group shot the six patrollers with firearms and artillery, killing some and wounding others. Meanwhile, other groups of fighters were attacking the sites of Haddatha, Braachit, and Beit Yahoun to cease their fire and distract them from backing the patrol the fighters were attacking.
Lahd sources acknowledged that four Lahd members were wounded.
Resistance Performs Operation On Suweidaa Route, Kills Three Agents, Wounds Two, September 24, 1993
The Islamic Resistance adheres to the path of jihad and struggle with the enemy until it liberates all occupied Lebanese lands. The Resistance declared in a statement, "At 1:20 p.m. on Friday 24, 1993, martyr Akram Mansur's group set an ambush for a Lahd infantry patrol. That was followed by an operation performed by the group of martyr Nezar Qansoh, who had been martyred during the September 13 Massacre perpetrated by the Lebanese authorities.
Therefore, the Islamic Resistance has performed a series of heroic operations so as to reiterate the jihad path, sustain the resistance choice - the only mean to rout the enemy and frustrate its plans, defend the Lebanese people, denounce the treasonous Gaza-Ariha (Jericho) Agreement (signed by "Israel" and the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO)), and support the blessed Intifada's children and fighters in occupied Palestine.
Martyr Akram Mansoor's group ambushed a Lahd infantry patrol en route to as-Suweidaa, whereby the fighters attacked the patrollers with a barrage of firearms and artillery, killing three agents and wounding two others. At 2:05, martyr Nezar Qansoh's group also attacked with firearms and artillery a Lahd infantry patrol at the entrance of Alman Site. The patrollers were either killed or wounded.
Using different arms, other Islamic-Resistance groups, too, counterattacked Alman Site. The fighters ceased the cannonade that had been heavily shelling the residential regions of the patient people."
Resistance Ambushes Lahd Patrol En Route To Toumet Niha-Ain Majdaline , September 25, 1993
The Islamic Resistance issued another statement as such:
"Commemorating the martyrdom of Imam al-Hassan al-Askari (Literally: "The Militant Imam"; Peace be upon him), martyr Mustapha Shamass's group ambushed a Lahd patrol on Saturday, September 25, 1993, at 9:45 a.m. While the patrol was en route to Toumet Niha-Ain Majdaline, the fighters shot it with a barrage. Two Lahd agents were killed, whereas the fighters safely returned.
Meanwhile, another Islamic-Resistance group was attacking the same site with firearms and artillery. The Lahd Militia bombarded the operation zone; therefore, the Resistance had to counterattack the bombardment sources and cease them."
