Lebanese citizen killed, brother injured by dud

Dud left over from a cluster bomb fired by "Israeli" Army during the recent war with Hizbullah in southern Lebanon has left one Lebanese citizen dead and his brother injured, according to the Lebanese news agency.
The dud exploded in an area near the southern coastal city of Tyre, according to the report.
