Protesting Reservists Demand Halutz` Resignation

"Israeli" Army reservists, protesting the army`s and government`s management of the war against Hizbullah fighters this summer, have sent a petition to "Israeli" Army Chief of Staff Dan Halutz, demanding his resignation. The soldiers wrote in letter to the Chief of Staff, "We do not rely on you."
The reservists are conducting a campaign under the banner "Halutz, now it is your turn," referring to the resignation of two senior "Israeli" Army officers following the war. They are recruiting civilians to join their petition.
