Fulfilling the promise it made to free the hostages and captives, at 9:30 am of this Wednesday morning, the Islamic Resistance captured two ‘Israeli' soldiers at the border with occupied Palestine. The two captives have been transported to a safe location.
With these words, the Islamic Resistance declared the success of its military operation to capture 2 ‘Israeli' soldiers in the area between Ramyeh and Aita Shaab in the Lebanese territory where several ‘Israeli' soldiers had trespassed onto Lebanese soil.
With the issuing of the statement by the resistance, celebrations started all over Lebanon, and in many Arab and western nations, especially among the Lebanese communities.
Meanwhile, the ‘Israeli' enemy widened the circle of its aggressions against Lebanon, targeting bridges and villages, as well as journalists whereby a New TV news team was injured during its coverage of the aggression.
The Zionist entity used warplanes, warships, and heavy artillery tanks, killing a Lebanese civilian and injuring two Lebanese, one of which was a soldier.
The ‘Israeli' occupying enemy's military reinforced its presence near the blue line.
The following is a summary of events on that day:
• Hizbullah captures two ‘Israeli' soldiers in the Khallat Wardeh area in Aita Shaab
• ‘Israeli' enemy bombs electricity power station is South Lebanon
• The Resistance destroys an ‘Israeli' tank attempting to enter Lebanese soil from the Raheb
outpost, killing the members of the tank.
• ‘Israeli' government decides to wage several attacks on Lebanon. ‘Israel's' army chief of staff warns he will re-invade Lebanon and return Lebanon twenty years back in time unless the captured soldiers are returned.
• The Lebanese government declares it had no knowledge of what occurred at the border and that it does not bear responsibility for what happened or will happen on the borders.
• The enemy bombs roads and bridges in the south.
• Hizbullah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah announces the "Truthful Pledge", giving a name to the operation capturing the soldiers. Sayyed Nasrallah declared that, "The two captives will only be returned through indirect negotiations and a swap to free Lebanese captives." Nasrallah warned ‘Israel' saying, "We are prepared for confrontation to the furthest extent. And if they choose confrontation, they must prepare for surprises."
