President Lahoud pays a surprise visit to the previous "Khyam Detention Center" on the eve of the Liberation Day

Lebanese President Emile Lahoud visited the former "Israeli" detention center in the town of Khyam in southern Lebanon, on the eve of the sixth anniversary of the liberation of most Lebanese territories from the "Israeli" occupation.
Hizbullah official in the South sheikh Nabil Kaouk and the head of the loyalty to the resistance parliamentary bloc, Mohamad Raad welcomed the president and offered him a torn "Israeli" rifle that dates back to the 1990`s foiled Ansariyah operation and shiled in the name of the resistance fighters. Lahoud also offered Kaouk with the Shield of the Presidency.
The president entered for a few minutes into one of the cells and then stated that whoever wants to disarm the resistance would be conspiring against Lebanon. He also held a closed door meeting with Resistance officers who explained to him the nature of the confrontation. This coincided with an "Israeli" violation of the Lebanese airspace.
