Qomati and Mehanna: Conspirators against Resistance Should Be Prosecuted, Army-People-Resistance Equation Fixated

The Syrian Socialist Nationalist party and the Hizbullah Educational Mobilization held a seminar on Tuesday entitled "Resistance and the Current Challenges" in Hamra-Beirut, commemorating the martyrdom operation of Sana Mohaidleh against the Zionist occupation in South Lebanon in 1985.
During the seminar, Hizbullah Politburo member Mahmoud Qomati listed the international challenges the resistance is facing on the international, regional, and domestic levels. One of these challenges, Qomati said was the attempt of certain domestic powers -that are contingent upon the US-Zionist scheme- to target the resistance. 

Qomati underscored the necessity to strengthen the resistance front that has become today close to take charge of the government in Lebanon, which constitutes a challenge to the resistance front. 

On his part, deputy head of the Socialist party Tawfik Mehannah reiterated the necessity of standing in face of the powers conspiring against the resistance, adding that the March 14 camp has opened war fronts through strife and other means in all directions except for with the Zionist enemy. 

Mehannah called for fixating the "Army-People-Resistance" equation in the ministerial statement of the new government. He also demanded that the judicial authorities should prosecute the figures who were exposed in the Wikileaks cables as conspiring with the "Israeli" enemy against the resistance during the July war.
