A new "Israeli" survey confirmed that, although four years after the second "Israeli" war on Lebanon, the war failures are still the same despite all enhancements done by the "Israeli" army on its abilities.

The survey also affirmed that the "Israeli" army staff is weak, where it lacks fighter jets and warships, in addition to its followed old regulatory traditions, in different aspects.

The study conducted by The Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies (BESA), located on the Bar-Ilan University Campus in Tel Aviv, clarified that, "Despite the iron dome progress, the army is still not capable of purchasing counter-respond for short-range missiles. This represented one of the important problems which the "Israelis" faced in the second Lebanon war", in reference to the 2006 July war.
