Member of Loyalty to the Resistance bloc MP Hassan Fadlallah told "As-Safir" Newspaper that "The ‘Israeli' enemy's spying once again by way of a (aerial view) videotape of a Lebanese vehicle pursued in south Lebanon, is a blatant assault on Lebanese sovereignty and a violation of United Nations resolution 1701. Through this piece of evidence the enemy provides the UN and the international community with physical evidence of this enemy's practiced espionage activity.
Lebanon is required to immediately submit an urgent complaint to the UN based on direct evidence submitted by the enemy itself."

"UNIFIL here is also called upon to assume its clear responsibilities of carrying out a prompt investigation of this violation of the international resolution, and to treat it as an unmistakable cause for enemy condemnation."

Fadlallah added "Political-media fabrications and the story manufacturing campaign that accompanied the ‘Tair Felsay' incident were not innocent; the names and persons working for the sides behind this campaign are no longer unidentified or unknown. These parties do not hesitate to disseminate false information and untrue accounts aimed at creating confusion around the resistance, without showing concern for the security and stability cost this has on Lebanon. On the opposite side, such confusion is met by the enemy, but to only reap a harvest of failure and disappointment."

Fadlallah also pointed out that "some sides adopted the ‘Israelis'' story about film, without careful examination, thus falling into the traps of their evil intentions. What we have seen shows the extent of media spins and fraud practiced in this incident."

The MP drew attention to the fact that "Since August 2006 the enemy has not spared any effort to spy on the resistance and its movement, using various means, and now their attempt to use this aerial film falls within this framework...but it back fired."
