Iran Turning Threats into Opportunities - IRGC Chief

Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps [IRGC] Major General Hossein Salami reminded the enemies of the inevitable failure of their pressures and threats against the Islamic Republic, saying Iran turns every single threat into an opportunity.

In comments on Thursday, Salami made it clear that any threat against Iran would emerge as an opportunity.

Iran has gotten used to victory, while the enemy is used to being beaten by the Islamic Republic, the commander said, adding that Tehran is thwarting every plot hatched by the adversaries.

He also stressed that the Islamic Republic has become undefeatable thanks to its steadfast youths.

Iranian officials have repeatedly warned the foes against the consequences of military action on Iran.

Last year, Leader of the Islamic Revolution His Eminence Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei said the US government is aware of the crushing response it will have to face in case of taking military action against Iran, reiterating that the time of hit and run is over.

The US is seeking a way to evade the costs of standing against Iran and place them on regional countries, Imam Khamenei said, reminding certain regional countries that if they confront Iran, “they will definitely suffer blows and defeat.”

His Eminence also noted that the enemies have resorted to economic war after realizing the futility of military action against Iran.

“They have now focused on economic and cultural war, with the US Treasury Department working as the headquarters of the economic war on the Islamic Republic Establishment,” Imam Khamenei said in April 2018.
