The Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) strongly rejected allegations raised by an "Israeli" website in a report about Iran's Parchin military site, as Fars news agency quoted the AEOI spokesman as saying on Monday.
The AEOI spokesman, Behrouz Kamalvandi, said that the Tel Aviv regime is making "desperate" attempts to hinder the improvement of Iran's ties with the western states, stressing that such claims merely reveal the true face of "Israel" more clearly.

On Sunday, "Israel's" DEBKAfile website claimed that 1,300 kilograms of low-grade enriched uranium had been transferred to the Parchin military site in northeastern Tehran, and that "1,630 advanced centrifuges have been installed there for rapid upgrade work."

"The Zionist regime is currently making losses, and it seems that the Zionists are attempting to deceive the world because of the situation they are mired in," Fars news agency quoted Kamalvandi as saying.

He further emphasized Iran's measures to address concerns over its civilian nuclear activities, saying that the "Israeli" regime will lose face when the peaceful nature of Iran's nuclear activities is proven to the world.

"Everyone will naturally compare the figures published by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) with the fake claims by the Zionists," he stated.
Former Head of the AEOI Fereidoun Abbasi said in March 2013 that Tehran would allow the IAEA to visit its non-nuclear military site in Parchin again only if the UN nuclear watchdog presents evidence for the necessity of such a visit by presenting relevant documents.

"If we enter another country, would they allow us to visit (inspect) wherever we want," said Abbasi.

The IAEA inspectors have visited Parchin twice before and confirmed that no nuclear activity was being conducted at the military site.
