Lebanese President Michel Suleiman accentuated, "The state of law cannot be achieved without justice."

The President remarks came as he received the MPs Khaled Zaherman and Nidal Taameh, and a delegation of the martyr sergeant major Ibrahim Zaherman in the Presidential Palace on Monday.

"The assault on the Army is unacceptable no matter of the justifications," Suleiman reiterated, underscoring, "Justice will take place to the end, in loyalty to the martyrs' blood."
On another note, Suleiman learnt data and information available on the Arsal incident, in addition to the electoral affair regarding the soon-to-be law from the Minister of Interior Affairs and Municipalities, Marwan Charbel.
