90 Million Voters Withhold Their Ballots: US Elections

90 million qualified American voters have decided to withhold their ballots in the 57th US presidential election, fresh reports revealed.
According to Monday reports, out of 207 million eligible voters in the US, only 150 million have registered to take part in the election.
A Gallup poll of 6,520 US-based registered voters from October 15 to 28 has also showed that electoral participation in this year's election is expected to be lower than the turnout in the two previous elections.
The Gallup survey also indicated that Hurricane Sandy can affect the election and the turnout as some voters might not be able to attend the polls.
The polling stations are set to be opened on Tuesday, November 06, 2012, one day after the two candidates Barack Obama and Mitt Romney made their final cases to Americans.
