Franjieh: Hizbullah and Amal awareness prevented civil unrest

Marada Movement leader and former Minister Sleiman Franjieh called for all parties to exercise awareness in order to abort attempts aimed at creating clashes.
Franjieh hailed Hizbullah and Amal's conscientiousness during the Dahiyeh protests. "Had it not been for Hizbullah and Amal's alertness, Lebanon would have been thrown into the unknown."
"Our policies and choices will prevail. They say that the opposition did not achieve any gains. I tell you we have managed to block and abort several plans by the pro-government party," Franjieh said.
He also expressed concern about the security situation in the coming days.
