Saheli: March 14 Rejection to Proportionality Is Out of Fear They Lose Control

Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc member MP Nawwar Saheli stressed that the golden equation of "army-people-army" has given Lebanon strength through which it was able to stand in face of "Israel" and its supporters. Whether the US, Europe or even some Arabs and triumphed.
During an Iftar banquet organized by the ‘Imdad' Charity Association , Saheli iterated that the golden formula is not ‘magical', it is an equation of cooperation between the army-people- and resistance to preserve Lebanon and protect its dignity and independence.
On another note, Saheli considered that "proportionality in elections will allow all sects of the society to have representatives. He also noted that the March 14 camp reject proportionality as they fear others would no longer follow their orders."
