As protests in the Occupy Wall Street Campaign continue, others erupted more than a week ago in Boston, where some 300 people camped in downtown to call against the capitalist bank system of the USA.

More than 142 Bostonian protesters of the Occupy Boston movement were arrested on Tuesday morning after ignoring police warnings to move away from the downtown camping site.
The mayor of Boston, Thomas Menino had warned the protesters to move away by midnight Tuesday, however as the protesters refused to obey orders, the arrests began about 1:30 am.

Citizens arrested faced criminal charges of unlawful assembly, and for being present in a public part after hours for camping at a restricted area, the Boston Herald reported.
Furthermore, it added that arrested protesters are ought to pay a $50 bail so that they would be convicted with a civil charge and not a criminal record, but this offer hasn't been agreed upon by all sides of the court.

On his part, Boston Police Commissioner Edward Davis stressed, giving excuses for the arrests, "It's important that we gain control and make sure the rules are followed".

He indicated that as protests kicked off in Boston, protesters were cooperative with the police, but as the municipal court started ordering the halt of demonstrations and camping, citizens taking part in the Occupy Boston refused to obey, and therefore the Police had to use force to arrest them.
