US Political Author: 9/11 Attacks Possibly Mossad Job

"9/11 has been used to basically put money into the military industrial complex which was threatened after the collapse of the Soviet Union," said the author of "9/11 Unveiled" on Saturday.
 

"Defense spending goes up because of 9/11 which was not conducted by 19 Arab hijackers as claimed but the rogue elements within the US and possibly Israel's Mossad," Masud confirmed.
 

Explaining that "the US military industrial complex has run amuck," the "Wisdom Faund" founder viewed that "US has terrorized the world and it has taken away liberties at homes for Americans."

On September 11, 2001, a series of coordinated attacks were carried out in the United States leaving almost 3,000 people dead.
 

The US, under the administration of former President George W. Bush, invaded Afghanistan in 2001 after claiming that the 9/11 attacks were carried out by members of "al-Qaeda" group.

Under a similar pretext, the US also attacked Iraq in 2003 claiming that the Middle Eastern country was in possession of weapons of mass destruction (WMD).
