US “JSOC” Secret Army Trained to Kill Enemies
A report revealed that in 1980, the US military created a secret army trained to assassinate alleged enemies anywhere in the world, in particular Iraq and Afghanistan.
The report, which was publish by US daily The Washington Post, revealed that the US military forces developed an organization called, the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), which is tasked with killing, imprisoning, and interrogating suspected terrorists around the world.
A Navy SEAL, member of the JSOC SEALs, described his organization saying, "We're the dark matter. We're the force that orders the universe but can't be seen".
The Washington Post reported on Friday that the JSOC holds terror suspects in jails under its own control and has reportedly carried out 10 times as many covert military operations as the CIA in Iraq and Afghanistan.
On this level, a JSOC operator indicated, "The CIA doesn't have the size or the authority to do some of the things we can do".
The report added that US President Barak Obama has authorized the JSOC operation to select individuals on its own terror "kill" list, and then kill rather than to capture them.
The Post's report further indicated that analysts widely believe that JSOC operations are similar to terror assassinations that clearly violate the US laws.
The 25,000-member military organization, which has claimed responsibility for the death of Osama Bin Laden, has so far carried out over a thousand operations of such nature.
