Hajj Hassan: Other Team Insists on International-US Mandate in Lebanon through STL

Lebanese caretaker Agriculture Minister Hussein Hajj Hassan considered that in Lebanese, there is still a team which still insists on living in the past and on keeping Lebanon under the international and US-mandate through the Special Tribunal for Lebanon.

Hajj Hassan confirmed that there is a national issue, a responsibility of all the Lebanese without any exceptions, which is the truth and justice in the assassination of former PM Rafiq Hariri and the rest of the martyrs.

Furthermore, he believed that the request to uncover the truth and justice are an overall national demand, pointing out that revealing truth and justice require methods and principles.

In this contexts, Minister Hajj Hassan stated that the STL, investigation committee, Pre-Trial Judge and the General Prosecutor proved that they don't represent any method, principle, or a way towards reaching truth and justice through several evidences.

Caretaker Agriculture Minister further added, "Our partners in the country still live in the past and dream of restoring the US mandate with Rice [Condalisa], Bush [George W] and Bolton [John], after defeating their pyramid was in the July war, and collapsing the new Middle East they were part of".
