The Lebanese permanent envoy to the UN, presented a complaint to the Security Council over the "Israeli" constant violations of the Lebanese territories.

This complaint was filed over the "Israeli" enemy's patrol violation on January 18, 2011, where it crossed over the technical border into the Lebanese territories and installed an ambush in an area 6 meters away from the blue line.

The complaint pointed out that that area is part of the Lebanese Rmeish village, adding that the "Israeli" enemy abducted the Lebanese citizen Charbel Khouri into the Palestinian occupied territories.

In the complaint filed to the UN Security Council (UNSC), Lebanese considered this breach represents a flagrant violation of the Lebanese sovereignty, the UNSC's resolution 1701, international law, and the UN charter.

Lebanon confirmed that the "Israeli" violation comes as a new evidence to prove the "Israeli" disregard of the international resolution, and its insistence of continuing its aggressive, provocative policy, constantly threatening the international peace and security.

The Lebanese permanent UN envoy reaffirmed his country's complaint against the constant "Israeli" kidnapping of Lebanese civilians, demanding the UNSC to conduct its responsibility in adopting appropriate measures to put an end of the "Israeli" enemy's violations.
