The United Nations' assigned probe of to investigate the "Israeli" brutal "unlawful" attack on the Gaza-bound Freedom Flotilla, accused the enemy of the crime against innocent activists.

The panel, which is organized by human rights experts, presented a report which describes the "Israeli" seizure of the Turkish Mavi Marmara ship, which was considered to be an illegal, as the ships were still in international waters.

The report condemned the brutal treatment of the activists and ships' crew, in addition to the cruel blockade on the Gaza strip, for what it resembles of inhumane treatments and aggressions.

The report stated, "There is clear evidence to support prosecutions of the following crimes within the terms of article 147 of the fourth Geneva Convention: willful killing; torture or inhuman treatment; willfully causing great suffering or serious injury to body or health".

"A series of violations of international law, including international humanitarian and human rights law, were committed by the "Israeli" forces during the interception of the flotilla and during the detention of passengers in "Israel" prior to deportation", the report added.

While the assaulted sides of the attack were present to cooperate in the investigations, "Israel" on the other hand refuses to do so, claiming that the report issued by the US-assigned panel was biased.

On the dawn of the 31st of May, the "Israeli" naval vessels attacked the Turkish-led Mavi Marmara ship, which was part of the Freedom Flotilla to break the siege on Gaza.

The assault took place in international waters, and the "Israeli" enemy cruelly attacked and fired activists at a small distance, resulting in the martyrdom of nine Turkish activists.
