Qatar Prince Thanked Turkish, Iranian Support, Called Lifting Gaza Siege Arab Responsibility

Prince of Qatar Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani and Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, confirmed both countries' awareness to achieve stability in the region, especially in Iraq and Palestine.

Prince of Qatar expressed his trust that Iran is certain of achieving stability and security of the regional countries.

On the Palestinian level, Prince Hamad stressed on lifting the Gaza siege, adding that it is a responsibility on the Arab countries, thanking Turkish and Iranian efforts for the interest of the Palestinian and Pakistani issues.

In a joint press conference, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Qatar Prince praised the developed relation both countries are witnessing for the good of both nations.

Both parts revealed in the press conference that their talks mainly dealt with recent issues, aiming at enhancing relations between Doha and Tehran, in addition to issues on the Iraqi and Palestinian level.

Concerning a possible US-led attack on Iran, President Ahmadinejad said that the US is weaker than to attack Iran, for it just faced a defeat withdrawal from Iraq.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad excluded any "Israeli" attack, threatening that if it attempted to launch any missile towards Iran, then "Israel" would be erased off the political map.
