Hizbullah Salutes Freedom Flotilla and Activists, Calls for Breaking Siege on Gaza

On the launching of the Freedom Flotilla destined for Gaza, Hizbullah issued the following statement:

Hizbullah salutes the activists and defenders of human rights, freedom, and dignity as individuals, organizations, and institutions and highly values the blessed efforts exerted in aid of hundreds of thousands of our people and brothers barricaded in Gaza under the watchful eyes of the international community and Arab and Islamic governments.

Hizbullah strongly denounces the deafening international silence over the complete blockade by the "Israeli" occupation of Gaza and sees it as participation in the conspiracy of starving our people.

Hizbullah hopes the new movement of the Freedom Flotilla constitutes a chance for many to reconsider and motivation for the international conscience and the Arab and Islamic worlds and international organizations to undertake their humane and moral obligation and take action to break the siege imposed on our people in Gaza.
