Syrians Stage Rally in Show of Support for Army, Condemn Terrorism

Syrian people have staged a rally in a show of support for the army, condemning acts of terrorism in the country on Monday. 

Syrians from the occupied Golan Heights and surrounding areas issued a statement following the rally on Monday, denouncing crimes committed by armed militant groups against Syrian cities and villages.

Moreover, the people expressed confidence that Syrians and the country’s army will put an end to the terrorist crimes committed by Takfiri groups in the country.

They said in a statement: "These armed terrorist groups, no matter what names they come under, are nothing but pawns of the US and "Israel,"" further noting that all attempts made to undermine the Syrians’ steadfastness are doomed to fail.

The Syrian army has been making more gains in its battle in recent months, despite support the militants have been receiving from various countries.
