Militants Fire Mortar Shells near Syrian Parliament, Kill 4

A pair of mortar shells fired by foreign-backed militants in Syria hit near the parliament building in the Syrian capital of Damascus, killing at least four people, as SANA news agency said on Monday.
The mortar shells killed at least four people after having been struck about 320 feet [100 meters] from the parliament in the Salihiya area of central Damascus on Monday morning, SANA reported.
Militant groups often fire mortar shells into areas of Damascus in Syria.
