"Israeli" nukes within Iran missile reach

The top Islamic Revolution Guards Corps commander says all ‘Israeli' nuclear bunkers are within the hitting range of Iranian missiles.

Responding to speculations running hot and cold about an ‘Israeli' military strike on Iran, IRGC Commander Major General Mohammad-Ali Jafari said on Wednesday that such threats are only "talks without any military backing."

The top IRGC official said the capabilities of the Iranian army leave a very slim chance for the US and ‘Israel' to take a military action against the Islamic Republic.

"The occupied lands in its entirety along with all the nuclear facilities in ‘Israel's' possession are within the hitting range of our missiles," Maj. Gen. Jafari cautioned.

Iran has repeatedly declared that its long-range Shahab-3 missile is able to hit targets up to 1,250 miles away from its firing position.

Tel Aviv lies within 650 miles from some Western parts of Iran.

However, Brig. Gen Jafari is the first military official to mention a specific target in the occupied Palestinian lands.

'Israe'l, believed to be the only possessor of a nuclear arsenal in the Middle East, describes Iran's nuclear activates as a threat to its existence.

'Israeli' officials accuse Iran of making effort to build an atomic bomb and have threatened to militarily halt Iran's nuclear program.

Tehran, however, denies the allegation that it is pursuing a military nuclear program and argues that the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) - to which it is a signatory - allows for a domestic, civilian nuclear industry.
