Yemeni Forces Fire Retaliatory Ballistic Missile at Riyadh

Yemen's Ansarullah revolutionary movement announced that its forces fired a ballistic missile towards the Saudi capital, Riyadh, in retaliation for the regime's deadly attacks, al-Masirah TV reported.
Mohammed Abdulsalam, an Ansarullah spokesman, said the Burkan [Volcano] H-2 missile was fired towards al-Yamamah Palace, the official residence of King Salman.
For its part, the Saudi media claimed that the missile has been intercepted, and that there have been no reports of damage so far.
Meanwhile, Al-Masirah TV added that the Yemeni Missile Forces confirmed that the ballistic missile targeted a meeting for Saudi Arabian regime officials taking place in the palace.
For their part, news agencies' reporters said they have heard a blast and seen a plume of smoke rising above the Saudi capital.
An AFP correspondent also heard a loud explosion shortly before the scheduled unveiling of the Saudi budget, which is usually announced from Yamamah Palace by the king.
