Shamkhani: Liberating Mosul, TalAfar by the Iraqi Army, Popular Mobilization Proved Iraq Doesn’t Need Foreign Forces
Local Editor

Commenting on the letter of liberating key cities such as Mosul and Tal Afar by the Iraqi Army and Popular Mobilization Units, Shamkhani said those gains proved that Iraq doesn’t need any foreign forces to advance its security and defensive strategies, and that this country can overcome the threats with the help of its national forces.

"The Iraqi people achieved victory over Takfiri terrorists through its unity and responding to the leadership’s call, as well as mobilizing the army and the popular forces. Today, after liberating Mosul and downing the superstitious caliphate in the city, Iraq is approaching final victory and cleaning its entire land, which will be achieved soon," Shamkhani added.
