In a remarkable development in the relation between the Zionist entity and Saudi Arabia, ‘Israeli' Intelligence Minister Yisrael Katz urged Saudi King Salman bin Abdul Aziz to invite Zionist Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to visit the kingdom, as it happened with ‘Anwar Sadat and Menachem Begin,' according to him, or to send Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman in an official visit to ‘Israel' and lead Gulf states in a true path for talks with ‘Israel'.

In this regard, Hebrew Walla news website stated that Katz, who went on talking about the regional opportunities in a speech he delivered during the Herzliya Conference, made clear that fears from the Iranian threat creates bases for cooperation between ‘Israel' and ‘Sunni countries' -according to him- and the new US administration.

Additionally, Katz called the Persian Gulf countries for establishing an economic peace and gradual normalization in relations with ‘Israel', canceling Arab isolation from ‘Israel'.

Katz further said that ‘Israel' must propose to Saudi Arabia and Gulf states an intelligence-security partnership to curb Iran and its branches in parallel with a gradual normalization of ties on sea, air and ground levels." He explained it as "a security-regional axis in exchange of regional economic peace.'

Katz explained that ‘negotiations between ‘Israel' and the Palestinians could take place in parallel with seeking to normalize ties and not instead of it. He also claimed that the Palestinians don't have a veto on normalization between ‘Israel' and the Gulf states, adding that such a move with Arab countries would boost ‘Israeli' audience's trust in the peace process with the Palestinians.
