Hosting "Israeli" delegations at Bahrain's "Kabsa tables" - even from the sports portal via FIFA - while Palestinian prisoners in "Israeli" jails cling on to bare life during their hunger striking, serves as further proof that the Palestinian cause is not even considered in the calculations of Gulf rulers. These people did not hesitate to rush to normalize relations on all levels with the Zionist enemy, even at the expense of the blood of the Palestinians and their pain and sacrifices.

The Prisoners Have Empty Stomachs While the Jailers Are Honored With Feasts in Bahrain

Bahrain, like its Gulf counterparts, has a long history of attempting to normalize relations with "Israel". The chapter of normalizing ties on an artistic level involved allowing a Zionist delegation to visit the country and perform a song that directly touches on the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Arabness of Al Quds and its Islamism, and glorifies "building a Temple" on the ruins of Al-Aqsa Mosque. We are witnessing today a new chapter of normalization in the field of sports following the arrival of an "Israeli" delegation to Bahrain to participate in the "FIFA" Congress, according to the "Haaretz" newspaper.

The new visit of the Zionist delegation to Bahrain is an additional step in promoting the normalization process which began years ago and involves cultural, security, military, economic, environmental and commercial exchanges after the Bahraini government closed the boycott office of the Zionist entity and lifted the ban on Zionist goods.

The convening of the "FIFA Congress" as well as the participation of the "Israeli" delegation in Bahrain form the continuation of the approach of normalization, which Bahrain authorities are indulging in. It opens its doors to Zionist delegations secretly and publicly. This is only some of what the "WikiLeaks" documents revealed.

The normalization of relations between the decision makers in Bahrain and the Zionist enemy through the visit of the "Israeli" delegation to Manama, came under condemnation by the people of Bahrain and its associations, including the Bahrain Forum for Human Rights [BFHR]. The president of the BFHR Baqer Darwish strongly criticized such relations, stressing to Al-Ahed website that these relations do not reflect the true will of the people of Bahrain. He also pointed out that they are totally rejected and have no public cover.

Darwish reiterates that the Bahraini people are not guilty of the same orientations as the country's authorities. He points out that there are other Gulf voices seeking normalization with the "Israeli" enemy and directly contribute to the destruction of the Palestinian cause, stressing that these voices are trying to dilute the Palestinian cause and empty it from its content.

Abdul-Rasul Ashour, the head of the Bahraini Society Against Normalization echoed Darwish as he expressed his surprise saying "at a time when the Palestinian territories are undergoing a difficult process of killing and executions in the street, we find that there is a complete Arab indifference towards normalization as a reward for the entity and its crimes." Ashour asserts that" the Bahraini people are disgusted by the normalization, which is not linked in any way to Arab constants."

For his part, the head of the Lebanese Association for the Support of the "Israeli" Boycott Law, Samah Idris, pointed out in his comments to the Al Ahed website that the "Israeli" enemy is seeking in all areas - technical, sports and cultural - to stabilize ties with Arab countries in a bid to erase the crimes it committed and to be forgotten.

Idris points out that "Any Arab or Muslim country that receives any "Israeli" element and under any name, contributes to the obliteration of the crimes committed by the "Israeli" entity against the Palestinians and provides it with a patent of innocence."
Meanwhile, Palestinian researcher and activist in the "Boycott of ‘Israeli' support" campaign Abdul Malik Sukariya goes further than Darwish and Idris. He considers that the reception of Bahrain to the Zionist delegation is no longer normalization of relations, but has become treachery and a stab in the back to the Palestinian people, especially during the "dignity strike" carried out by detainees in "Israeli" prisons.

Sukariya tells Al-Ahed website that "the greatest dangers to this reception is reflected in giving back recognition to the Zionist football teams and fulfilling the wishes of the Zionist colonial project to abandon the Palestinian cause as well as the Arabs, entering into an alliance with "Israel" to confront what they call the Iranian threat."

Sukariya calls on the Arab peoples to counter the media misinformation of some Arab outlets that spare no effort to show Iran as an enemy and "Israel" as an ally. He praises the people of Bahrain who reject colonialism and advocate just causes in Bahrain and Palestine.

For his part, the representative of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine -General Command in Lebanon, Abu Imad Ramez, is astonished by the visit of the "Israeli" delegation to Bahrain. He draws attention to the fact that the Palestinian cause is in dire need of support today as the enemy's government is crushing the national substance of the Palestinian cause. He points out that the visit falls within the framework of arrangements being made for the establishment of a NATO-type alliance between these countries and the Zionist entity - involved in the events taking place in the region, especially in Yemen, Syria and Iraq.

Abu Imad Ramez Mustafa is not surprised that relations between some Gulf States and the "Israeli" enemy are developing so quickly. There is a clear rush by these countries towards the "Israeli" enemy.

Abu Imad points out that this visit comes around the same time as the visit of US President Donald Trump to Saudi Arabia and "Israel", where he is working hard to convene a regional conference to reach a "settlement" to the Palestinian-‘Israeli' conflict, a conference - according to Abu Imad - has the blessing of the Arab Quartet represented by the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Jordan.

Mustafa also condemns the absence of an official and popular Arab movement, which serves as an incubator and supporter of the detainees in Zionist prisons and detention centers who have been engaged in an open-ended hunger strike for 24 days.
