And We Shall RISE... from beneath the rubble, from the different aggressions and conspiracies, from the "Middle East Scheme", we shall rise, together the Islamic Republic of Iran and Lebanon, an everlasting resistance in the face of the oppressor, and shall only rise and rise.

In the Raya playground, Ahmadinejad among the people, not behind bullet proof glass, not on a stage, but among the people and with them, "KHOSH OMADID", was the song dedicated to him, and "KHOSH OMADID" was the word Hizbullah Secretary General His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah addressed Iranian Ahmadinejad when concluding his welcome speech: Welcome!

In presence of thousands of people, and tens of political, religious and cultural figures, as well as in presence of the dear brother President Ahmadinejad, Hizbullah Secretary General Sayyed Nasrallah through the giant screen that has become "our friend", addressed the honorable President on behalf of everyone.

"Dear brother, your Excellency President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Dr. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. On behalf of Hizbullah, Amal movement, the people of the absented Imam Moussa Sadr, lovers of Imam Khomeini, leaders and figures of the different political and religious factions in Lebanon, that have all expressed their warm feelings, in addition to the mujahideen, the martyrs, their families, the men and women, boys and girls, old and young, and on my behalf, and the behalf of all these who are the most honorable people and kindest people, I welcome you Mr. President."

Sayyed Nasrallah, after a warm and inclusive welcome, addressed Ahmadinejad, praising him and the Iranian people and thanking him and his country for all the efforts done for Lebanon; then he declared an important statement with assertion "I bear witness that Iran has never asked us to thank it, and that Iran is practicing its divine duty in line with its creed and religion."

Sayyed Nasrallah said there has always been talk about "an Iranian scheme" in the region and in Lebanon as well as Palestine. But Sayyed Nasrallah assured "Some in our Arab region are speaking of an Iranian scheme for Palestine and Lebanon, and they're trying to frighten us with it, but I bear witness, as one of those who lived closely with the Iranians, that Iran wants for Palestine what the Palestinians want for Palestine, and that Iran wants in Lebanon what the Lebanese want in Lebanon. Iran wants the return of the Palestinian land and sanctities, from land to river."

Sayyed Nasrallah stressed that the only fault of Ahmadinejad and the Islamic Republic is that it has been very clear and honest, "The West can't put up with the Iranian president because he says the truth and declares that "Israel" must be eradicated. Iran's role in the Arab region is for the sake of the Arab Nation."

Sayyed Nasrallah stressed that since the year 1992, and since the martyrdom of Sayyed Abbas Moussawi, Iran never demanded anything in return but it is in harmony with its creeds and beliefs, and works to Please Allah the almighty.

Again, Sayyed Nasrallah reiterated that the Islamic republic in Iran is one of the most important guarantees to support the oppressed, and it is a guarantee to prevent strife and conflict, referring to the different facts that prove so.

Sayyed Nasrallah referred to the incident when an American Pastor (Terry Jones) wanted to burn the Holy Quran earlier on September 11, Sayyed Khamenie issued a communiqué in which he stated that this is a conspiracy to sow strife among Muslims and Christians, and stopped the devilish scheme. Again Imam Khomeini proved well intention when he stood up in face of sectarian strife.

When last week, an unknown Shiite sheikh offended Sayida Aisha (Prophet's wife) and some of the Prophet's companions, Imam Khamenie issued a fatwa in he prohibited such actions that offend Muslims in general. And so Iran has always sought to end sedition between Muslim sects, and Muslims and Christians.

Sayyed Nasrallah finally addressed Nejad, thanking him for his visit and love, his courage and modesty. He also thanked him for his service of the people and the nation, and for his continuous support and backup.

Yes indeed, this is what Iran and its president are like. Iran that supported and still supports Lebanon, Palestine and the different countries and nations particularly the oppressed, did not ask us for anything in return.

On his part, the Man of Pride and Modesty, who endlessly waved to the crowds of people and his teary eyes and smiling lips, seemed to freeze at that glorious moment of emotion and devotion as the thousands cheered and waved and chanted.
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad praised the country as the "School of resistance and steadfastness against tyrants of the world, elaborating it is also the school of jihad (struggle) for the sake of sacred and humanitarian causes" describing "Israel" as the "a portrait of deception of capitalist and materialistic ideas."

Ahmadinejad stated that the only solution to the Palestinian issue is for the invaders (Israelis) of the occupied land to leave, and give the Palestinians their rights and return millions of refugees to their original land. He called on the United Nations to carry out its mission and force "Israel" to abide by the international laws and resolutions.

"The powers of tyranny and arrogance are seeking to create disputes in our region. In Lebanon we find that the vicious hand of crime had assassinated a dear friend and a dignitary who was loyal to his country, and then we see how reports get fabricated," Nejad said referring to the assassination of former PM Martyr Rafiq Hariri.
"Previous colonialists who were defeated changed their skins but their objectives are still the same," Nejad added.

"Our world today is at the gateway of major change, whose elements have started to emerge from our region," the president said, adding that a resistance front has been formed by the peoples of Lebanon, Palestine, Syria, Turkey, Iran, Iraq and the entire region.
He reiterated Iran's commitment to the Lebanese people and thanked President Michel Suleiman, Speaker Nabih Berri, and Prime Minister Saad Hariri for the meetings and agreements they worked on together.

He also thanked "the dear warrior and scholar Sayyed Nasrallah."

Ahmadinejad also called for the "formation of an independent and neutral team to examine the facts and discover the truth of the September 11 events," adding that the events were executed through premeditated planning for the sake of expansionist goals.
Iranian President also addressed the conflicts in Iran and Afghanistan, saying that Every time they occupy a country they play on the chord of sectarian, ethnic and national differences, where Iraq is an example.

The president called for the release of four Iranian diplomats kidnapped in Lebanon during the 1982 Israeli invasion. "We have confirmed information that those four Iranian diplomats are now in "Israeli" jails and we demand their release," he added.
