Yemeni Artillery Shell Saudi-Led Mercenaries in Nehm

The artillery of the Yemeni army and popular forces shelled gatherings and military vehicles of Saudi-paid mercenaries in Nehm area of Marib province, a military official told the state-run news agency Saba on Monday.
The shelling killed and wounded a number of mercenaries and burnt their military vehicles in Qarn Mountain in the area.
Also on Monday, the Saudi-led coalition warplanes launched six strikes on the capital Sanaa.
According to an official who spoke to the State-run news agency Saba, the airstrikes hit al-Dailami air base, which is close to the civil international airport, caused heavy damage to the airport, nearby houses and other public properties.
Meanwhile, the warplanes also hit a private commercial factory west of the capital, damaging it as well as nearby houses.
Saudi Arabia began its deadly campaign against Yemen in late March 2015 in an attempt to restore power to fugitive former president Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi.
About 12,000 people had been martyred and over 19,343 injured since Riyadh launched the airstrikes. The Saudi aggression had also taken a heavy toll on Yemen's facilities and infrastructure.
Yemeni forces had been engaged in retaliatory attacks against the Saudi forces deployed in the country as well as targets inside Saudi Arabia.
