An effigy of President Barack Obama was found hanging in the rural hometown of former President Jimmy Carter, local media reported on Sunday.

The effigy, a black doll wearing a sign that had a single word: "Obama". It was hung from the flat roof top of a building. The building was probably chosen because to had the signboard about the former president Jimmy Carter.

Local residents didn't want to talk about the black doll effigy because they said it gives the town a bad name.

Although the towns people refused to speak on camera about the effigy, they were seen taking pictures of the effigy. The town authorities were notified and they removed the effigy.
