Hizbullah denounces ban on Al-Alam Television

Commenting on the ban of Al-Alam News Network from broadcasting, Hizbullah media relations issued the following statement:

Hizbullah denounces the ban on Al-Alam Television Channel from broadcasting through both "Arabsat and Nilesat" satellites and sees that the ban comes against a backdrop of political considerations.

While Hizbullah declares its full solidarity with Al-Alam channel it considers what happened a violation of freedom of speech and opinion , and calls for the immediate treatment of this issue to ensure sound public freedoms.
