“Israel’s” desert prison detainees face night raids and solitary confinement

Sixty five of the 750 Palestinians detained in "Israel's" Nafha, or Negev, prison are in solitary confinement, lawyer of the Detainees Society Ala Abu Sitteh reported Tuesday following a visit to the facility.

Lawyer Abu Sitteh met with five prisoners during his visit, and was updated on the situation of the Palestinian prisoners of "Israel".

Prisoners also complained about incessant night raids on tents and cells under the pretext that prisoners had smuggled in mobile phones, which the inmates called provocative.
