In the main square of the Musei Capitolini museum, at one of the hills of the Venice square in the Italian Capital Rome, exists a huge statue of the Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius. Right there exists also a large photo of the "Israeli" detained soldier Gilad Shalit who was captured by Hamas in 2006. This photo reads underneath it: "Freedom for Gilad Shalit". It has been almost two months since Shalit's photo was posted there.
As these two exist in the same place, yet there is great difference between them.
The emperor's monument was put up after his death to honor him for his victory against the German people at that time. While Shalit's photo was put up during the most crowded touristic season of Italy.

Shalit still “honored” in Rome?!

The photo pictures Shalit in Civil outfit rather than his military uniform, as if trying to make a point that Shalit is a political prisoner rather than a hawkish soldier that actually slaughtered tens of Palestinian innocent children, women, elderly, and men in the occupied territories...As if in denial that Shalit was captured during a military operation, a very complicated one, where he was dragged out of his tank. And since his hands are all bloody with innocent lives, then of course he is not innocent...
This image shows how bias the West is towards the "Israeli" Zionist entity when dealing with Arab causes. Did any of these - when demanding the release of Shalit- take into consideration that 12 thousand Palestinian and Arab detainees are suffering in "Israeli" prisons?!
This is the world ruled by jungle law, before your eyes, where the strong win and prevail...
