Since its formation as an integrated framework, politically, organizationally and ideologically, Hizbullah distanced its military wing along with its details away from the remaining units.
They were never two parties nor are they now, but the organizational structure made it possible to respect the particularity of the "Jihad body", the very same particularity needed by all resistance frameworks, which is what the resistance movements are doing today in the rest of the Arab world...

Before the July war, Hizbullah and its resistance, in the eyes of its fans and supporters in Lebanon and abroad, was a respectable and persevering force, able to disconcert and annoy the enemy, as well as prevent it from staying in the land. It was a model of strength possible for any Arab to emulate, a model to make the occupier, any occupier, sense that the cost of occupation is greater than its endurance ability...

Hizbullah continued its strength-building phase after the liberation in 2000. Like others it sensed and knew that the war with "Israel" is by no means over and that it is not about security and military score keeping in the confines of a certain spot or region. There was talk about "Israel" having experienced a setback with repercussions spreading over more than one area. Soon after year 2000 the Palestinians resumed their resistance and popular Intifada, this gave "Israel" a more disturbing signal, prompting it to do everything in its power to erase this blazing image of the resistance movement.

What happened after that...happened, until the July aggression came, which showed the resistance, according to its admirers, supporters and backers as a much larger force than previously perceived by their small, medium or strategic calculations.

Only a few months had passed on the conclusion of the July hostilities and everyone, the public, States and supportive forces of the resistance began taking initiatives to towards Hizbullah by dealing with it in a different manner...Quite differently so!... and then, whatever happened between August 14, 2006 and July 12, 2009...happened!

So what did actually happen?

Hizbullah's human growth rose, particularly its resistance, the network of resistance cells are now an integrated army. Its expertise grew greater in all areas of security, military and logistics, materials it once possessed exponentially grew, both quantitatively and qualitatively, and now Hizbullah has a surplus of weapons once prohibited, once plans and possible scenarios have become a reality, and now it is possible to think of many enormous things beyond the imagination of some, who see Hizbullah as merely local resistance...

The political, economic and security leaderships of the enemy now base their conduct on the grounds of being faced with "a regional super- power", that all existing measures and procedures no longer convert to results in a confrontation, and the need in "Israel" for a mind-set prepared for a different kind of confrontation, of different conditions, against a different kind of opponent and enemy...

Hizbullah does not seek a new war, this is a real constant. However, Hizbullah is aware of its status as a resistance force, and of the defined duties entrusted to it not to leave the Palestinian fighters abandoned. It knows the size of the expectations placed on it by the Arab public, and more than this it knows its capabilities and what it can do in the confrontation against "Israel"...

If the Lebanese and some Arabs have not yet understood the meaning of the security blow Hizbullah recently dealt the "Israeli" intelligence services, there are some in Tel Aviv who know the truth of what is actually happening...

The resistance has succeeded in causing a major penetration which made successful the dismantling operation of a generation of spy networks in Lebanon, and perhaps far beyond Lebanon. A process requiring human and technical logistics and a way of thinking a simple administrative decision or blink of an eye cannot produce. It is the outcome of a long-term process of accumulation, reflecting the extent the resistance reached enemy success in reaching the most concealed of the party's men, Martyr Imad Moghnieh.

Despite the fact that none want to stir alarm, but, "Israel" seriously and on daily basis weighs the way to provide better conditions for the next confrontation round. Anyone closely following up "Israel's" efforts on security and military levels, becomes aware of an "Israel" readying itself for an exceptional level of preparedness, come the moment of confrontation, but this "Israel", which spent billions of dollars to revitalize itself and strengthen its forces, today can not claim the possession of assurances that its new war will bring the expected results.
