Sayyed Nasrallah Receives MP Jumblatt Thursday, Hold Lengthy Meeting

Hizbullah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah received Thursday night the head of the Progressive Socialist Party (PSP) Walid Jumblatt. The two leaders made a deep-rooted revision for the recent stage in its various phases and discussed the coming stage in Lebanon and the region.

Both of them stressed the necessity to work together in order to move Lebanon and the region from the state of tension to that of cooperation enabling, thereby, Lebanon and its people to face the great challenges lying ahead.

They also praised the efforts exerted by Youth and Sports Minister Talal Areslan during the May 7, 2008 incidents and the aftermath. Sayyed Nasrallah and Jumblatt also agreed to continue working for the sake of the comprehensive reconciliation as well as communicating and deliberating during the next phase.
