Sayyed Nasrallah Offers Condolences to Imam Khamenei

Hezbollah Secretary General His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah sends a letter to Leader of the Islamic Revolution His Eminence Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei offering his heartfelt condolences on the tragic death of Iranian President Sayyed Ebrahim Raisi, Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian and their accompanying delegation in a helicopter crash.

Below is the text of His Eminence's letter:

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

To His Eminence and great Leader Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei,

May Allah’s peace, mercy, and blessings be upon you.

On behalf of Hezbollah, its fighters, the families of its martyrs and wounded, and the general public of the resistance in Lebanon, I extend my deepest condolences and sympathy over the martyrdom of a group of righteous leaders, led by the President of the Islamic Republic and a loyal Mujahid and servant, His Eminence Ayatollah Sayyed Ebrahim Raisi, his Minister of Foreign Affairs and defender of the resistance in all international forums, the dear brother Dr. Hussein AmirAbdollahian, your Eminence’s representative in East Azerbaijan His Eminence Ayatollah Al Hashem, and the province’s governor Sayyed Rahmati, as well as their comrades.

We share with you the feelings of loss of these honorable leaders at this sensitive stage as you lead the Islamic Ummah [nation] in its bitter struggle with the forces of arrogance and hegemony and the American and Zionist occupation of our sanctities, countries, and peoples.

We, the oppressed, the resistance fighters, and the Mujahideen on the path of truth are hopeful because of your blessed presence and your wise, direct, and courageous leadership.

I ask God Almighty to extend your honorable life and help your pure heart bear the pain of the loss of these loyal and sincere leaders. May He grant their honorable families, our dear and great Iranian people, and all esteemed officials of the Islamic Republic patience and solace, great reward, and near joy and victory. May God bless all of these good martyrs with His vast mercy and gather them with our masters, the Messenger of God and his pure household.
