Hizbullah secretary general sayyed Hassan Nasrallah continued to receive more calls and visits following the uncovering of a terror cell that was planning to assassinate him. Lebanese Mufti Sheikh Arshid Qabbani called sayyed Nasrallah and condemned the plot which he said aimed at destabilizing Lebanon and drag it to an internal strife. The secretary general also received head of the Democratic Party Talal Arslan who stressed that sayyed Nasrallah does not represent one Lebanese group or party but that he represents Lebanon`s general direction that is being targeted. Hizbullah chief also received a delegation from the Armenian Tashnak party and Taiwan`s foreign minister.
"Israel" meanwhile, continued its violation of the Lebanese airspace. The army issued a statement saying that an "Israeli" reconnaissance plane came from the sea west of the southern city of Tyre Thursday afternoon and flew over the South. The drone left the country`s airspace some two hours later.
