IRG Navy Commander Stresses Highest Level of Preparedness

The commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Navy, Rear Admiral Ali Reza Tangsiri, confirmed that the forces should maintain the highest level of preparedness and be ready for the toughest missions.

In a meeting with a group of the IRG Navy’s forces in southern Iran on Thursday, Tangsiri said the forces must maintain their preparedness at the highest level, strengthen their spiritual life and get ready for the toughest missions.

The senior commander also said that if the enemy makes any irrational move or act of aggression against the country, it should be confronted decisively and its move must be nipped in the bud.

Iranian officials have repeatedly underscored that the country will not hesitate to enhance its level of defense preparedness and strengthen its military capabilities, which are entirely meant for defense.
