’Israel”: High Court Orders Netanyahu, Gantz to Appoint ‘Justice’ Minister within 48 Hours
By Staff, Agencies
Amid ongoing political deadlock, “Israel's” so-called High Court of ‘Justice’ ordered Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and War Minister Benny Gantz on Sunday to appoint a permanent ‘Justice’ Minister within 48 hours.
Netanyahu is trying to form a new government following an inconclusive election, the apartheid entity’s fourth in two years. The third of these elections led to a power-sharing agreement between Gantz and Netanyahu.
Gantz has taken the ‘justice’ portfolio on a temporal basis, yet since the breakdown of the shaky coalition with the Likud leader, his maximal 3-month term as acting minister has expired earlier this month.
The court also said the remaining offices that the ministerial portfolios remaining vacant following the coalition's collapse must be filled by next week.
