Hezbollah Strongly Denounces Baghdad Terrorist Bombings

Hezbollah issued the following statement:

Hezbollah strongly condemns the twin terrorist bombing that hit the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, and led to dozens of martyrs and injuries in a popular market crowded with citizens.

It is indeed suspicious that the bombings return to the Iraqi arena after a period of calm and security, especially with the the popular and official mounting demand for the withdrawal of the American occupation forces from Iraq.

Meanwhile, Washington met these demands with imposing more sanctions on the Popular Mobilization Units [PMU] and its dear leaders to expose the country again to the Wahhabi Daesh [Arabic Acronym for the terrrorist "ISIS"/ "ISIL"] and other terrorist organizations.

The response to this brutal crime is attained by the vigilance of the Iraqis, their unity and adherence to freedom and independence added to rejecting the US occupation as well as the  continued tremendous efforts in pursuing terrorist organizations and their remnants from the country.

As Hezbollah condoles and expresses sympathy with the Iraqi leaders, people and martyrs' families, it asks Allah the Almighty to heal the wounded, and grant Iraq both security and stability.
